About Me
I began my career as a beauty therapist in 2007 and quickly developed a love for all things massage and holistic therapies. I went on to develop my skills in this area and I have worked for several salons and spas across Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire. After moving to Norfolk, I decided to finally take the step of opening my own business, focused entirely on massage, rehabilitation and wellbeing and so The Remedy Room was born from a private and peaceful garden treatment room at my home.
I am also Mum to my three gorgeous and highly energetic children! As a working Mum who has had my own journey with chronic stress, anxiety and chronic pain, I deeply value the importance of taking the time to care for ourselves, to relax, restore and heal. You can't pour from an empty cup!

My Philosophy
My role is to support you in your overall wellbeing, whether that is with relaxation, stress relief, sports training, injury rehabilitation or pain management.
I take an entirely person-centred approach with all of my clients, this means that I take the whole person into account instead of just treating a body part. This is particularly important when working with people in pain, pain is complex and there are many factors that can contribute to it. I work alongside you to identify these factors and help you find ways that you can make adjustments to your lifestyle or movement that are meaningful and achievable for you, with a focus on getting you back to do doing the things that matter most to you.
