I'm Tracey Taylor, I help people who are in need of some me-time and those in pain to relax and unwind, relieve tension, move freely and manage pain so that they can get back to thriving in life!

I am a fully qualified Massage and Soft Tissue Therapist with many years of experience. 

 As a working mum of three, I am all too aware of how challenging and necessary it can be to find a time and place to relax, unwind and escape the pressures of daily life... this is where the inspiration for The Remedy Room came from. I opened the doors to my tranquil garden treatment room in 2021 with the ambition of providing a calming space dedicated to restoration and wellbeing.

As a Massage Therapist I came across so many clients who were struggling with persistent pain and injury, I wanted to be able to support people with these conditions more effectively and so my practice has evolved to include rehabilitative Soft Tissue Therapy. With an entirely person-centred focus to my treatments, I aim to support you in getting back to living life and doing what you need and love to do most.
